Licensing Note
Texas requires HVAC licensing. Completing an apprenticeship can satisfy the experience requirements for the HVAC Technician Registration, regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). Texas also requires 8 hours of continuing education to renew.
